R&R Rides is a local, woman-owned chauffeur service built on transparent, affordable pricing and a personal touch. We pride ourselves on punctuality, care, and making every ride stress-free. Our passengers ride with peace of mind in a safe, well-maintained, and fully insured vehicle.

Whether you need a reliable driver for recurring appointments or a safe ride after an event, we make transportation personal, dependable, and predictable.

I founded R&R Rides to give Tennesseans more than just another ride-share option. My goal is to provide a service you can count on—someone you know by name, who shows up on time, every time.

Our Process

We take pride in being on time, offering upfront pricing, and delivering every ride with professionalism and care. To make sure we meet these standards, we use a simple booking process.

Booking Information

When requesting a ride, please provide:

Your full name
Pick-up date and time
Pick-up address
Drop-off address
Any additional details

Deposits and Payments

A 20% deposit (via Cash App or credit card) is required to secure all rides over $50.
For trips scheduled between 7 PM and 7 AM, full payment is required in advance.
A 5% processing fee applies to all credit card transactions.

Cancellations

Deposits (minus the 5% card fee, if applicable) are refundable if cancellations are made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time.

Thank you for your patience when booking by text. For safety reasons, we maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy on distracted driving. This means we may need to complete our current trip before confirming your request.

How R&R Rides Was Founded

Meet Our Founder

My name is Brittany Waldemar-Reed, and I was born and raised in Minnesota. In 2020, after years of long, dark winters, I made the decision to move to Tennessee. I was drawn here because Tennesseans, like Minnesotans, value family and volunteerism—and I knew I would feel at home. Crossville offered everything I was looking for: a quiet, rural community surrounded by peace and the outdoors.

For many years, my volunteer work focused on animal welfare and mental health. When I came to Tennessee, I continued helping animals but hadn’t yet found my way to give back to people in my community. After more than 20 years in a volatile real estate and mortgage banking career, I was laid off in 2023. For two years I struggled to find stable employment until I stumbled into driving for large rideshare companies. Though the experience was mentally, emotionally, and financially difficult, it ended up being a blessing in disguise. It showed me both my purpose and the needs of my community.

Coming from a metropolitan area, I had always taken taxis and public transportation for granted. In Crossville, I quickly realized how many people struggle every day just to get to work, the grocery store, or the doctor’s office. I also saw how unfair the rideshare system was—charging riders too much while paying drivers too little, especially in rural areas.

I knew I could do it better, not just for my family, but for the people of Cumberland County. That’s how R&R Rides was born: a local, woman-owned, 24/7 car service built on fairness, reliability, and care for the community. “By faith, I will find it.”
