Service-Rates-Payments-Terms

  • Avg drive: $1.67/min
  • Waiting fee: $.35-$1.00/min
  • BNA: $250+
  • TYS: $175+
  • Full payment due at pick-up
  • 5% fee on credit cards & E-payments 
  • 20% non-refundable deposit required
  • Rides 7PM–7AM: pay in full at booking
  • Calls between 7PM-7AM may not be answered depending on schdule
  • Riders & belongings have a 3-minute grace period at pick-up.
  • After 3 minutes, a waiting fee of $1 per minute applies.
  • AGREEMENT: By calling to schedule and booking a ride with R&R Rides LLC, you acknowledge and agree to terms.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Deposits paid to reserve a scheduled ride are non-refundable.
  • Any cancellation made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time will result in a charge equal to the full fare.
