Waiting fee: $.25-$1.00/min
BNA: $200+
TYS: $150+
CHA: $225+
Full payment due at pick-up
5% fee on credit cards & E-payments
20% deposit required
Rides 7 PM–7 AM: pay in full at booking
Riders & belongings have a 3-minute grace period at pick-up.
After 3 minutes, a waiting fee of $1 per minute will apply.
